Responsibilities
Identify and prospect new commercial and HOA clients in assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, board members, and decision-makers
Conduct site visits, prepare proposals, and present service plans
Work closely with operations to ensure seamless delivery of contracted services
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and follow-up communications
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
Valid driver's license (company vehicle or allowance provided)
Preferred
Previous experience in sales (landscaping, property services, construction, or related fields preferred)
Knowledge of commercial landscaping or property management is a plus
Benefits
Commission: 7% of net margin on new accounts
On-Target Earnings: $80,000+ annually once established (top performers $100k–120k)
