Converses with customers concerning their needs with orders, estimates, products, maintenance tips, and information
Receives and processes sales requests and orders using telephone, e-mail, and Video Consultation
Makes 65+ outbound calls daily
Holds 4+ Video consultations a day
Builds relationships with current clients
Solicits sales of new or additional services
Handles irate customers in a professional and courteous manner
Enters information into CRM to track progress and provide sales follow ups
Qualification
Required
Ability to converse with customers concerning their needs with orders, estimates, products, maintenance tips, and information
Experience in receiving and processing sales requests and orders using telephone, e-mail, and Video Consultation
Ability to make 65+ outbound calls daily
Ability to hold 4+ Video consultations a day
Skill in building relationships with current clients
Experience in soliciting sales of new or additional services
Ability to handle irate customers in a professional and courteous manner
Experience in entering information into CRM to track progress and provide sales follow ups
