They are seeking an HR Training and Development Intern to support the Human Resource Learning and Development team in coordinating and delivering employee learning programs and professional development initiatives.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the training team to organize leadership and professional development training sessions
Coordinate and communicate learning opportunities to employees and managers
Maintain and update training materials, procedures, and job aids to ensure consistency and relevance
Prepare and distribute training materials and job aids
Evaluate feedback for learning effectiveness
Proactively contributes to training initiatives to promote employee expertise and efficiency
Participate in various projects to support organizational growth and employee development
Provide administrative support, including maintaining records and organizing training materials
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in human resources, instructional design, organizational development, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
Excellent interpersonal skills – builds rapport quickly, has active listening skills, clear, concise communication, and can facilitate learning conversations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with other platforms
Preferred
Previous experience in HR or related fields is a plus, but not required
