Responsibilities
Execute regional field marketing strategy to accelerate Torq’s growth and elevate brand visibility as a category leader
Plan, manage, and execute strategic in-person and virtual events, including industry conferences, partner events, and customer experiences
Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Communications, Product Marketing, and Partner Marketing to develop integrated, multichannel go-to-market campaigns
Align closely with sales teams to ensure tight coordination and maximize program impact across the customer journey
Analyze and report on campaign and event performance, measuring impact on lead generation, pipeline creation, and revenue
Manage budgets and logistics for field programs, ensuring flawless execution and strong ROI
Continuously optimize programs to enhance efficiency, engagement, and measurable business outcomes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of B2B field marketing experience, preferably in the software/SaaS industry
Proven success partnering with direct and channel sales teams to drive measurable pipeline growth
Expertise in event strategy, logistics, sponsorships, and budget management
Strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple programs under tight deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; you thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
A data-driven mindset, with experience tracking and analyzing marketing performance and ROI
Creative problem solver with a passion for building scalable, high-impact campaigns
Bachelor's degree
