Lead monthly close and prepare financial statements
Partner with FP&A, Revenue Cycle, and Expense teams on timely adjustments
Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
Deliver reporting packages with commentary on key trends and metrics
Support regulatory and compliance reporting
Participate in monthly financial and operational reviews
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of public accounting audit experience
Preferred
CPA strongly preferred
Healthcare or senior living experience a plus
Workday and/or MyUnity experience a plus
