Responsibilities
Perform month-end close tasks which may include, but not limited to:
Calculation of depreciation
Preparation of Revenue and expense accruals
Analysis of Inventory received not billed / not credited
Preparation of Intercompany billing
Review of Prepayments
Preparations of bank and credit card reconciliations
Review and approval of employee timesheets and expense reports
Provide Ad hoc financial reporting and perform any other duty requested and related to the function
Proactively look for improvements and aid the team
Qualification
Required
2-3 years' experience in accounting
ERP experience, ideally Netsuite experience
Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
