Responsibilities
UI/UX Design for Tools: Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for internal Citi AI tools, enhancing user experience
User-Centric Approach: Engage in user testing and feedback sessions to refine and optimize interface designs based on user needs and behaviors
Collaboration with Engineers: Work closely with developers and data scientists to ensure that AI functionalities are effectively represented in the design
Information Architecture: Develop and maintain the information architecture of AI tools, ensuring logical organization and navigation
Design Systems Development: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency across internal tools
Stay Updated on Trends: Keep updated on UI/UX trends and best practices specific to AI applications and incorporate innovative solutions into designs
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation of design processes, decisions, and user guidelines for future reference
Qualification
Required
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Graphic Design, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Communication, Engineering (any), or related fields
Travel/relocation required as jobs will be performed at various unanticipated locations throughout the United States
