Preferred
Proficient in using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for designing and analyzing manufacturing systems
Proficiency in using simulation software (e.g., Arena, Simul8, FlexSim, SIMIO) to model, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes
Extensive experience in large scale facility space planning activities
Excellent communication skills
Ability to drive strategic decision-making through clear reporting, dashboards, and executive presentations
Extensive experience in continuous improvement initiatives and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
