Responsibilities
Support end-to-end project management activities across multiple workstreams
Manage schedules, scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables
Prepare project plans, roadmaps, estimates, and status reports
Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and enterprise initiatives
Support vendor selection, proposal evaluations, and quality control
Track outcomes, metrics, testing, and deployment activities
Ensure projects align with scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SDLC)
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with MS Office 365, MS Project, and PM tools
Experience gathering requirements and managing project documentation
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Health Administration, or related field
PMP Certification required
Minimum 3+ years managing complex procurements and implementations
Preferred
Experience with Medicaid, managed care, MMIS, or healthcare systems
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Jama
Experience presenting to senior leadership
