Experience in preparing H-1B, L-1, TN and PERM applications
Knowledge of preparing RFE responses and/or PERM audit responses
Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and INSZoom or other document management system
Outstanding case management, prioritization, client service, and organizational skills are necessary
Successful candidates will possess strong business writing skills and will value attention to detail
