Responsibilities
Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing orders, communication and coordination with other departments to resolve inquiries
Build and maintain customer loyalty by providing prompt friendly service
Review and input correct item numbers, quantity, price and any appropriate discounts
Checks customer accounts for credit and outstanding payments
Support the sales team in a variety of tasks as required
Maintain and update spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy
Review daily/weekly for open orders and forecasts
Monitor in-transit, inbound, and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery
Maintain accurate documentation and files copies of all orders documents
Bill and submit invoices in a timely manner
Review blend schedule and plan raw material delivery accordingly
Perform monthly closing process required by company
Additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree
0-2 years of experience in customer service and/or logistics environment
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) and fluent Korean is preferred; bilingual proficiency preferred
Team oriented
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Excellent resolution skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
High energy and performance level
Ability to handle fast-paced environment
Critical, time sensitive decision making that impact daily operations
Proactive mentality
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP – Excellent computer skills
