They are seeking a Director of Acquisition Marketing to oversee and optimize their paid media strategy, manage a significant acquisition budget, and lead a growth team while driving new subscription purchases.

Responsibilities
Own the Paid Media Machine: Take full ownership of a $20M+ annual acquisition budget, driving performance across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, podcasts, affiliates, and more
Lead Relentless Experimentation: Run growth tests across landing pages, offers, bundles, performance creative, and new channel pilots to unlock opportunities to drive new subscription purchases
Be Hands-On with the Tools: Roll up your sleeves in ads managers and analytics tools - you’re not just calling the plays, you’re on the field
Coach and Scale a Winning Team: Hire, lead, and inspire an awesome growth team
Obsess Over Optimization: Architect and execute A/B tests across the conversion funnel to lift LTV and lower CAC
Deliver Data-Backed Insights: Build and own performance reporting that keeps the entire organization informed, aligned, and ready to scale
Qualification
Required
You've managed $20M+ in annual acquisition spend with a proven track record of lowering CAC and boosting LTV
You're a full-stack growth marketer who thrives in both strategy and execution
You are comfortable with ambiguity, fast-paced sprints, and 0→1 growth builds
You bring deep expertise in Meta, Paid Search, Influencer, and Podcast channels
You lead with data and speak fluent 'marketing math'
You lead with a player-coach mindset—developing talent while staying hands-on in the work
You get excited about experimenting and quickly building off of your findings
You have experience scaling DTC e-commerce brands, especially in CPG or health & wellness
Preferred
You've helped scale a brand past $100M ARR
Have subscription chops
Know your way around clinical-claim-sensitive ad approvals
