Responsibilities
Serve as the functional lead for NetSuite across multiple departments
Partner with leadership to translate business goals into system solutions
Lead discovery sessions to document and improve workflows
Prioritize system enhancements based on business impact
Manage system configurations, workflows, permissions, and saved searches
Lead optimization of NetSuite WMS and inventory processes
Design and oversee SuiteFlow automations
Review functional requirements and validate system solutions
Maintain documentation and training materials
Support users and resolve system-related issues
Lead functional oversight of integrations using middleware tools (e.g., Celigo)
Partner with vendors and consultants on system enhancements
Support change management and compliance processes
Support and optimize FSM platforms (ServiceTitan, Bolt, or similar)
Ensure alignment between NetSuite and service operations
Develop KPIs and dashboards using NetSuite tools
Support reporting using SuiteAnalytics, Power BI, and Excel
Perform data analysis to support leadership decisions
Qualification
Required
5 years of experience in a NetSuite Business Analyst or Functional Analyst role
Strong experience with NetSuite administration and business process design
Experience with NetSuite WMS or warehouse systems
Working knowledge of SuiteFlow
Advanced business analysis and Excel skills
Experience working with ITSM or ticketing systems
Preferred
Experience supporting Field Service platforms (ServiceTitan, Bolt, etc.)
NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, Administrator, ERP Consultant)
Experience leading ERP implementations
Experience with Celigo or similar middleware
Power BI and SuiteAnalytics experience
