Responsibilities
Manage Outlook calendars (including prioritizing fluctuating schedules). Process expense reports
Coordinate travel arrangements via Concur (domestic and international) per travel policy to include flights, hotel, trains, car service, and assistance with obtaining visas as applicable
Coordinate internal/external meetings advising all participants of the purpose, location, and preparation required
Ensure presentations are available prior to the start of meetings and ensure meeting minutes are published within two days after the meetings. Order catering for meetings when necessary
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion regarding business and associate matters
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
A high school diploma or equivalent education
A minimum of five years' experience supporting an executive in a fast-paced environment
