PROJECT LIAISON

Responsibilities

Assist the revenue integrity project manager with special projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with objectives
Coordinate with clinical, operational, and billing teams to implement process improvements
Analyze revenue data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
Prepare detailed reports to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Audit completed projects within the designated timeframe to validate project is working as expected
Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations related to revenue cycle activities
Monitor regulatory requirements and payer guidelines that will affect the services provided by the organization to maintain compliance
Provide training to staff on revenue integrity initiatives, policies, and best practices
Act as a resource for departments regarding revenue-related questions and issues
Collaborate with IT and finance teams to address system-related barriers to special projects
Assist in the development and documentation of revenue cycle policies and procedures
Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning initiatives
Perform other accounts functions as needed to support the overall financial operations of the organization

Required

Minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare finance, or a related field
Proficiency in billing systems, electronic medical records, and finance reporting

Preferred

Strong organizational and project management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Project management certification preferred
