Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end strategy, development, and execution of a key global demand generation campaign, from awareness to conversion. You will utilize a mix of online and offline marketing channels to meet and exceed MQL, meeting, and pipeline goals
Serve as the campaign "quarterback," aligning and orchestrating a diverse cross-functional team across product marketing, content, creative, web, digital, and regional marketing to ensure seamless execution and a continuous feedback loop
Consistently analyse and optimize campaign performance by measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the impact of all activities on the demand funnel. You will use these insights to drive continuous improvement
Develop and manage a global campaign calendar, ensuring all activities are aligned with broader business objectives and regional needs
Mentor and guide a team, a player-coach with a roll-up your sleeves attitude
Qualification
Required
7+ years of progressive demand generation experience, with at least 3 years of integrated campaign experience in an Enterprise B2B company, preferably in cybersecurity or cloud
Demonstrated expertise in the full demand generation mix with a proven track record of driving significant lead and revenue growth through highly creative campaigns
Strong analytical skills and an unwavering focus on optimizing ROI
Mastery of project management and a meticulous attention to detail
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to effectively lead and align diverse teams across different functions and regions
Experience with marketing and CRM tech stacks, such as Salesforce, is essential
