Responsibilities
Motivate the team to drive efficient operation of equipment and support inspection of materials, products, and equipment
Analyze machine performance and recommend improvements
Ensure team members understand equipment, protocols, production standards, and safety regulations
Drive production metrics and root cause analysis
Plan and manage shift schedules and production flow
Maintain a safe, clean, and injury-free environment
Develop and improve SOPs
Collaborate with warehouse, QA, shipping, maintenance, and logistics teams
Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification

Strong leadership skills
Attention to detail
Ability to drive team performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Experience in overseeing daily operations on the production floor
Knowledge of safe, efficient, and quality-driven production processes
Ability to plan and manage the day-to-day allocation of resources (equipment, people, materials, and systems)
Experience in reviewing plant performance and reporting variances in relation to production schedules, performance targets, and quality specifications
Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members
Experience in motivating teams to drive efficient operation of equipment
Ability to analyze machine performance and recommend improvements
Knowledge of production standards and safety regulations
Experience in driving production metrics and root cause analysis
Ability to plan and manage shift schedules and production flow
