Responsibilities
Generate & maintain recurring business management/ financial reporting in a timely manner to help the business better understand and manage its costs, risks, capital usage, pricing, growth opportunities, etc
Prepare variance explanations for monthly and quarterly closing
Conduct Ad-hoc financial and business management analysis
Prepare & develop monthly in-depth business reviews in partnership with manager and regional analysts as required
Analyze and report on client, segment, region, and product profitability
Maintain and proactively drive improvement in existing financial planning models and processes
Calculate commissions and conduct KPI related analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
1-3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or experience in the financial services industry
Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Adept presentation skills with an ability to target messaging to different audiences
Exceptional organizational skills and an ability to oversee multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines
Able to articulate complex issues and themes to stakeholders
Ability to connect the dots and make sense of information across multiple data points upstream/downstream that many not be easily noticeable
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail
Confidence to interact directly with Senior Management Team members
The candidate must provide evidence of academic preparation or courses related to the job posting, if necessary
