Supporting vendor sourcing initiatives
Overseeing vendor contract management
Managing the organization’s vehicle fleet
Ensuring that goods, services, and vehicles are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
Supporting initiatives to implement short-term expense savings
Contributing to long-term operational planning
Providing supervision to Sourcing and Contracts Coordinators
Collaborating closely with operational leaders, legal, finance, and external vendors to optimize value, quality, and service levels

Required

HS Diploma or GED and five (5) years' experience in sourcing, procurement, contract management or fleet management
Three (3) years' experience in management, leadership and development of staff for optimum performance
Working knowledge of project management principles and practices
Change management experience and/or experience building a new department or function within an organization
Knowledge of basic accounting practices as they relate to invoice / payment processing and cost allocation
Excellent computer skills with intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
Occasional overnight travel to vendor locations or company meetings
Must be at least 18 years of age
All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification
If the position requires driving, a valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment
