Responsibilities

Utilize SOLIDWORKS to create detailed 3D models relevant to departmental and project needs
Prototype creation using Additive and Subtractive manufacturing processes (3D Printing, CNC Mill, Manual Machine Work)
Design and develop fixtures and devices to enhance efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with functions within Manufacturing to implement solutions aimed at increasing production efficiency and enhancing operator-machine interactions

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field
Strong conceptual understanding of 3D models and dimensioning, preferably with experience in SOLIDWORKS
Problem-solving and analytical abilities
Communication and collaboration skills
Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment
A reliable commute or the intention to find temporary housing before starting the internship is required
At this time, we are only able to consider candidates who do not require visa sponsorship, including those with a student visa

Machine Shop Safety
Basic understanding of design and process
Proficiency in MS Office and Teams
