The Investment Operations & Billing Associate is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of wealth advisory investments and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and quality in client-facing reports and providing high-quality service for clients.

Responsibilities
Support operational needs of Wealth Advisors regarding the investment platform
Set up new client accounts in the portfolio accounting system and ancillary systems, including creation and maintenance of billing & reporting groups
Assist in billing processes, reconciliation, and ensuring accuracy in client fees
Create and maintain client dashboards
Coordinate private investment account activity between vendors and clients
Perform regular data integrity checks within the portfolio accounting system
Produce quarterly investment reports for clients for delivery on dashboards
Maintain accuracy of assigned advisors
Process off-boarding of former client accounts
Provide high-quality service impacting prospective/existing clients and co-workers through timely, courteous, respectful, and helpful communication
Assist in special projects related to brokerage, billing, and investment advisory as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree
Related experience is preferred but not required
Preferred
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
