Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement applications based on business requirements
Test and validate new and existing software to ensure functionality and accuracy
Ensure applications meet performance, usability, and security expectations
Optimize existing code and develop new features for cloud and web-based applications
Provide support and technical guidance to Associate Application Developers
Review pull requests and offer constructive feedback to ensure code quality
Maintain and update CI/CD pipelines
Manage bug reports and user issues through the PHS ticketing system
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in IT or related field, software development certification, or 2+ years of full-stack development experience (healthcare preferred)
Strong working knowledge of web application development, microservices, data modeling, and UI design
Proficiency in Microsoft .NET Framework and related technologies, unit testing techniques, and advanced domain knowledge
Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture, Microservices, N-tier development, and data modeling
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills
Advanced technical skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
Results-driven team player with experience in Agile environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
