Contract Recruiter
Compunnel Inc. is a leading provider of Staffing and IT solutions, and they are seeking a Contract Recruiter to manage a high-volume portfolio of entry-level sales requisitions. This role involves full-cycle recruiting support, partnering with a Managed Service Provider to ensure efficient requisition management and a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of entry-level sales requisitions across the full recruiting lifecycle, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer recommendation/negotiation, and pre-onboarding
Lead structured intake and recruiting strategy sessions with hiring managers to align on role requirements, sourcing channels, interview plans, and decision timelines
Build and maintain talent pipelines using job boards, social media campaigns, talent communities, referrals, networking events, and partnerships with universities, community colleges, and workforce development programs
Partner closely with TA coordinators to support job postings, candidate status movement in ATS, interview scheduling, and onboarding activities
Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing regular updates and guidance throughout the recruiting process
Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and pipeline health
Ensure compliance with recruiting and onboarding policies, procedures, and data confidentiality requirements
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to increased recruiting efficiency and effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting with demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruiting
Proven experience managing high-volume requisitions, preferably for entry-level or sales roles
Strong candidate sourcing and attraction skills
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize independently
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with strong stakeholder management capabilities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent recruiting experience
