New GradLandmark Properties, Inc. is seeking an Investment Management Analyst to join their Investment Management Team. The role involves assisting with the management of owned assets, underwriting acquisition opportunities, and expanding relationships with capital partners.

Responsibilities
Leverage financial modeling skills to analyze property-level and portfolio-level returns, aiding hold/sell/refinance decisions for management and capital partners
Facilitate due diligence for large-scale transactions such as refinancings, recapitalizations, and dispositions
Compile and contextualize financial data with Asset Manager/Associate for distribution to management, lenders, and investors
Assist the capital markets teams in fostering existing equity and debt capital relationships
Work with Asset Managers, operations teams, and equity partners to create annual budgets for our owned assets
Provide analysis in the property appraisal process to support value growth in our owned-asset portfolio
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reporting for our capital partners
Qualification
Preferred
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant major (Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, etc.) with an excellent academic record and demonstrated interest in real estate
Previous internship in Commercial Real Estate or related field is a plus
Working knowledge of real estate financial modeling, including pro forma analysis and cash flow projections
Succinct and effective written and oral communication skills
A motivated self-starter, problem solver, and team player
Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Understanding of financial concepts (i.e., IRR, ROI) and the ability to apply concepts
Ability to accomplish assigned tasks with limited guidance and supervision
