Responsibilities
Sourcing and interviewing talent for Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical roles
Handling the "full cycle"—from background checks and orientations to getting new hires their start dates and job site info
Liaising with our VP of Field Operations to make sure manpower requests are met
Partnering with Payroll to process new hire packages, tracking time corrections, and updating our field spreadsheets so everything stays on track
Heading out to career fairs and networking events to show California why we’re the best team to work for
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of work experience
3+ years recruiting in construction, facilities management, or skilled trades
Understanding of what makes a good Plumber, Electrician, or HVAC tech
Organizational skills to follow up on leads and manage tasks
Ability to build trust quickly with both field workers and executive leadership
Comfortable with ATS platforms, HR systems, and Microsoft Office suite
Preferred
Bilingual skills in English and Spanish
Degree in HR or Business
Knowledge of the multi-family housing world
