Responsibilities

Address customer inquiries & requests, account reviews, & other inbound billing related inquiries from external customers followed by documenting related discussions & research
Research & verify customer issues with internal teams to determine root cause & warranted remediation
Clearly & concisely present information in verbal or written form to internal & external customers
Other projects & billing related customer responsibilities as needs arise

Required

High School Diploma/GED

Preferred

2+ years of billing-related experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
Ability to articulate issues, document resolution, & recognize when to escalate
Strong written & verbal communication skills required
Effective accounting, organizational, attention to detail, & time management skills required
Excellent computer & software knowledge essential, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, with Oracle
Experience working with customers or vendors to resolve issues with an excellent customer service track record
