Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective estate planning strategies for clients, including the drafting of wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
Handle all aspects of probate administration and litigation, ensuring compliance with all state laws and court procedures
Manage guardianship cases from inception through resolution, providing guidance and support to guardians and families
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, providing tailored advice and services
Engage in regular client consultations, offering clear communication and updates regarding case progress
Participate in the firm’s business development activities, helping to expand the client base and the firm’s presence in the estate planning and probate sector
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and admission to the Florida Bar
Minimum of three years of experience in estate planning, probate litigation, and guardianship administration
Strong litigation experience and comprehensive knowledge of Florida probate and guardianship law
Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
