Leadership of global finance operations spanning payables, employee spend, and vendor services
Oversight of internal teams and third-party service providers supporting transaction processing
End-to-end process optimization, standardization, and automation
Ownership of operational metrics, SLAs, and performance management
Partnership with IT and business leaders on systems, workflow, and reporting enhancements
Building and developing a high-performing, accountable operations team
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Shared Services, or Transactional Finance leadership
Experience managing offshore or third-party service providers
Strong ERP and automation exposure (SAP experience a plus)
Demonstrated success improving efficiency, controls, and scalability
Comfortable operating in fast-moving, transformation-oriented environments
Hands-on, pragmatic leader who thrives in ambiguity
