Responsibilities
Deploy and configure JIRA as the centralized ticketing system for tracking task assignments, deliverables, and performance metrics
Integrate JIRA with other collaboration tools, ensuring seamless data sharing and automated status updates
Qualification
Required
Strong capabilities configuring, managing, and optimizing JIRA as a primary ticketing system and workflow automation
US citizenship, along with the ability to successfully pass a basic background check for access to US military bases
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or five (5) years of equivalent experience in JIRA administration
Demonstrated experience in configuring JIRA workflows, managing issue tracking systems, and integrating JIRA with GitLab, Confluence, or other DevOps tools
Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies, dashboard customization, and service level agreement (SLA) monitoring
Strong analytical skills to support issue resolution and system performance enhancements
Ability to manage and prioritize complex project tasks
Preferred
Atlassian Certified JIRA Administrator or ITIL Foundation Certificate
Portuguese or Spanish language skills
Experience with government IT programs and environments
Secret or TS/SCI clearance
