Qualification
Required
Proficiency in AutoCADD and SolidWorks software, technical drawing creation
Ability to interpret design specifications and collaborate with engineers and clients
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for identifying and resolving design issues
Knowledge of industrial metal fabrication practices and industry standards
Attention to detail and accuracy in creating and reviewing technical drawings
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred
Familiarity with AISC and AWS standards is a plus
Associate's degree or certification in drafting, engineering, or a related field is preferred
