Administrator - Talent Attraction Operations

Scheduling interviews
Ensuring appropriate internal interview preparation
Collecting and documenting feedback
Scheduling decision meetings
Gathering availability from candidates and assessors
Managing a high volume of candidate intelligence
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our candidate tracking system
Qualification
Required
1+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in recruiting or human resources
Strong Microsoft Office skills: experience with recruiting tools and programs is preferred
Outstanding organizational skills; ability to coordinate multiple streams of work independently
Demonstrated initiative, judgment and maturity discreet, respectful and caring with confidential information
Flexibility to deal with ambiguity and last-minute changes; ability to remain calm under pressure
Ability to prioritize and look beyond own responsibilities to help team members with urgent deadlines
Great attention to detail and a solid customer service orientation
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; ability to build strong relationships
