Responsibilities

Build and execute a comprehensive Databricks sales strategy to drive pipeline growth and revenue acceleration
Cultivate executive-level relationships with Databricks field teams, customers, and related strategic partners
Identify and develop Databricks-related opportunities in collaboration with account executives, solutions architects, and delivery leaders
Partner with Databricks alliance, product, and go-to-market teams to co-develop joint value propositions and campaigns
Stay ahead of emerging Databricks capabilities and translate technical value into clear business outcomes
Contribute to forecasting, territory planning, and revenue reporting in collaboration with sales operations
Represent Impetus at Databricks and cloud ecosystem events, conferences, and joint marketing initiatives

Qualification

Required

10+ years of experience in enterprise software or consulting sales, with 5+ years in data modernization or advanced analytics platforms
Proven experience selling Databricks solutions or directly managing the Databricks partnership with measurable success
Strong understanding of the data and AI ecosystem, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Track record of closing large enterprise deals and building senior-level client relationships
Excellent executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across sales, delivery, marketing, and product teams
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred

Preferred

Deep network within the Databricks ecosystem, including field sales, SI alliances, and product teams
Experience leading go-to-market initiatives for consulting or professional services firms
Understanding of complex data architectures, data lakehouse design, and AI/ML use cases
