Responsibilities
Coordinating lease agreements with PWEL legal focal
Completing associated tasks in MS Dynamics
Coordinating the approvals of customer COI between the Customer Field teams (CFT), the customer, and RTX Risk Management
Draft lease extension agreements and provide to CFT after approval from PWEL Legal Focal
Verify validity of customer COI for lease extensions and request update if required
Collect new lease acceptance certificates from the customer
Coordinate lease Close-out letters
Collect, sort, store, track and upload all the above-mentioned documentation into the appropriate database
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience to include working with aircraft engine leasing contracts
Prior experience using MS Excel, Power Point and Word
Prior experience with MS Dynamics, Power BI, and Eagle Data +
Preferred
Previous industry experience
2+ years of experience in Customer Relations
An in-depth knowledge of lease engine contracts, certificates of insurance and other requirements
Strong communication skills: must be comfortable engaging in a variety of different communicative situations and being attuned to others through strong active listening skills
Able to identify problems, their sources, and their potential solutions while continuing to successfully conduct day-to-day operations without interruption
Ability to prioritize tasks when clarity of direction may be lacking
When necessary, the ability to understand and communicate within a technical or specialized subject matter, particularly as it pertains to aviation and the aviation industry
Capable of performing in a daily fast paced environment while simultaneously meeting assigned project deadlines with self-directed decision-making confidence
Past involvement in creation of standard work for key processes
Experiencing delivering presentations and communicating in writing to senior leadership
Prior experience in MS Dynamics
