Participating in a 2-4 week intensive training program
Learning about various legal topics including civil litigation, court rules, brief writing, trial techniques, and more
Engaging in mock trial presentations
Practicing emotional intelligence in legal interactions
Maintaining a relentless pursuit of excellence in legal work
Qualification
Required
JD Degree from an ABA accredited law school
admission to the New Jersey bar
0-2 years of relevant commercial law experience in either litigation or transactional matters (or both)
outstanding academic credentials
Preferred
judicial clerkship
admission to the New York and/or Pennsylvania bar
