Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and maintain detailed CPM schedules for large, multi-phase data center projects
Collaborate closely with project executives, project managers, superintendents, and trade partners
Analyze schedule impacts, critical path, sequencing, and recovery strategies
Support project planning, progress updates, forecasting, and reporting
Ensure schedules align with procurement, construction logistics, and commissioning milestones
Qualification
Required
5+ years of construction scheduling experience with a general contractor
Strong experience on large, complex commercial or industrial projects (data centers preferred)
Proficiency in Primavera P6 (required)
Deep understanding of construction sequencing, means & methods, and field operations
Ability to communicate schedule risks and solutions clearly to project leadership
Willingness to work on-site and be in the field
Stable tenure with limited job moves
