Responsibilities
Handle real estate, construction, and housing litigation matters
Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions for state and federal courts
Conduct and defend depositions
Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases
Communicate directly with clients and maintain accurate reporting
Qualification
Required
Licensed California attorney in good standing
2–5 years of civil litigation experience
Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and accountability
Preferred
Background in real estate, construction, or housing law preferred
