Responsibilities
Serve as an advisor to new and existing clients of the firm
Manage your business – as an independent Advisor you will be responsible for generating prospect leads, closing sales, and managing your client relationships
Operate as a fiduciary to your clients – learn their complete financial situation, financial goals, and risk tolerance, and other suitable information needed to develop financial plans, offer investment advice and insurance products
Inform, educate, and solicit investment prospect referrals networks (CPAs and tax professionals, estate attorneys, etc.)
Represent MRB Capital Group with professionalism and compliance while making our clients priority #1
Qualification
Required
Possess a true desire to help others achieve their financial goals
Strong time management and organizational skills
Strong communications skills for lead generation and working with prospects, clients, coworkers, vendors, and networks
Active FINRA Series 65 license required (or Series 7/66 combination or C.F.P designation)
Ability to acquire and manage minimum AUM/Revenue thresholds within 12 months of production
Preferred
4+ years relevant industry experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Certified Financial Planning designation (or other industry certifications and training) preferred
