New Grad, Entry LevelIC Enable has an exciting opportunity for a junior IC Digital Design Engineer to join our diverse and growing team. In this role, you will optimize designs for performance and quality while gaining hands-on experience in digital and mixed signal design. You will be responsible for delivering project assignments, identifying improvements in IC circuit design, and collaborating effectively with team members.

Responsibilities
Delivering on project assignments with integrity, commitment, and excellence
Efficiently deliver design work meeting project specifications
Identifying quality and reliability improvements in IC circuit and layout design
Supporting or performing design verification from sub-block up through top-level
Collaborating effectively with team members
Proactively looking for continuous improvement opportunities in the design flow, methodology, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree or Higher (degree program must be completed) in Electrical Engineering
Hands on experience through extensive coursework or through industry related internship
Completed coursework in digital design, microprocessors, memory and programming
Proficiency in PERL, Python, Synopsys, Cadence, and AI Agent Experience
Excellent skill in problem solving
Firm understanding of design techniques
Strong verbal and written communication
