They are seeking a passionate and creative Design Consultant to help clients bring their vision to life through custom window treatment solutions, blending creativity, sales, and customer service.

Responsibilities
Conduct in-home consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and lifestyle
Recommend and present custom window treatment options tailored to each client's design goals
Manage both inside and outside sales activities to meet and exceed revenue targets
Build and nurture client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business
Qualification
Required
Experience in Window treatments, interior design, home remodeling, or a related field is highly preferred
Strong eye for style, detail, and current home décor trends
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
Comfortable with basic math skills for measurements and order processing
Driver's License (Required)
Preferred
Prior sales experience is a plus but not required-we'll train the right candidate with a passion for design and a willingness to learn
