Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and route inquiries to the appropriate departments
Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring documents are accurate and up to date
Provide early-morning scheduling support to fill last-minute assignments
Assist with onboarding tasks such as preparing new-hire packets, collecting paperwork, and scheduling orientation sessions
Help plan and coordinate internal events, trainings, and team meetings
Assist with scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates for recruiting purposes
