This role involves developing, maintaining, and controlling detailed CPM schedules to ensure critical milestones are met and to support project delivery from planning through installation and close-out.

Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and analyze Primavera P6 CPM schedules for active construction projects
Work directly with Project Managers to track progress and ensure timely execution
Monitor customer delivery, installation progress, and workload distribution
Identify schedule variances, risks, open-ended activities, and logic issues
Maintain project calendars, WBS structure, coding, and activity relationships
Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly progress reports
Perform resource loading, earned value measurement, and forecast updates
Support schedule reviews with client stakeholders and field leadership
Update critical path, constraints, milestone status, and look-ahead schedules
Ensure scheduling practices align with project requirements and internal standards
Qualification
Required
2+ years hands-on experience with Primavera P6 (EPPM or Professional)
Commercial construction scheduling experience required
Solid understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM)
Experience with activity coding, logic ties, WBS structuring, milestones, and baseline control
Ability to track percent complete, actuals, resource usage, and earned value
Strong communication skills when working with PMs, superintendents, and clients
Ability to travel on a structured, recurring schedule (approx. one week per month)
Preferred
Experience supporting large infrastructure or data center-type projects
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and field workflows
Familiarity with resource leveling, schedule risk identification, and variance analysis
Comfortable in a high-urgency environment where schedule accuracy drives decisions
