Responsibilities
Develop and scale mission-critical services and web applications that power our wealth platform
Leverage GCP and modern microservices to ensure our platform is high-performing, secure, and infinitely scalable
Work alongside our world-class AI teams to integrate agentic AI engines and smarter analytics into the core product
Partner with cross-functional teams in an environment that values "Grit, Results, Empathy, Accountability, and Teamwork" (GREAT)
Participate in high-impact code reviews, contribute to our internal AI Ambassador Program, and help evolve our "Build Nimble" engineering culture
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in Golang and a proven track record of building robust backend services
Highly proficient in React and understand how to deliver a polished frontend experience
Excited by the complexity of financial services—real-time ledgers, 24/5 trading, and complex regulatory landscapes
Intellectually curious with a growth mindset and eager to experiment with new technologies like Claude GenAI
