Lever1 is seeking a Financial Controller to join our leadership team. The Financial Controller is primarily responsible for accurately preparing and filing of payroll tax documents and timely reporting of all financial activity for the combined Lever1 Companies.

Responsibilities

Provides guidance and oversight to the accounting duties for our external clients and meets with clients as requested

Oversees weekly cash flow projections for all Lever companies and delivers to owners weekly

Produces and presents monthly financial reports to ownership team and provides strategy on variance to budget

Produces and reports on product and client profitability and makes recommendations on areas of opportunity

Oversees payroll tax department

Oversees all banking activity

Maintains ESAC financial requirements are met, and accreditation upheld

Maintains CPEO license and ensures financial requirements are met

Qualification

CPA certificationAccounting managerial experienceBachelor's degree in accountingFinancial reportingPayroll tax management

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

CPA certification

8+ years of hands-on accounting managerial experience
