Responsibilities
Report directly to the CFO
Own the accounting, monthly close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Partner with other leadership to ensure clean, consistent, and on-time closes
Lead audits, GAAP compliance, and accounting policy standardization
Strengthen internal controls and close discipline in a PE-backed environment
Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
Build models, KPIs, and executive reporting to support strategy and growth
Improve systems, reporting, and decision-making alongside the CFO
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
6+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance required
Able to work fully in-office near Peachtree Corners
Preferred
Experience in a multi-entity or PE backed environment preferred
