Responding to customer requests promptly and effectively
Handling all aspects of order fulfillment, from providing superior customer service to invoicing
Perform daily tasks as assigned, communicate and provide feedback to warehouse supervisors, learn and become familiar with product lines, and accurately fulfill orders
Qualification
Required
Prior customer service experience
Excellent phone skills
Professional written communication skills
High school diploma or GED certificate
1+ year in an office environment
Self-starter and motivated to complete tasks in a timely manner
Office experience
Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
