Responsibilities

Triage and resolve end‑user incidents and requests via ServiceNow, focusing on laptops, desktops, and peripherals
Perform device imaging, configuration, troubleshooting, and deployment activities
Execute end‑to‑end laptop deployment workflows (receiving, inventory control, asset tagging/labeling, staging, shipping)
Maintain organized stock, ensure accurate recordkeeping, and support order fulfillment to remote users and branches
Support the current on‑prem endpoint environment (Active Directory + SCCM/MECM)
Contribute to the ongoing transition to Intune/Azure (cloud-based device management)
Identify opportunities to reduce manual steps and improve throughput in ServiceNow (status flows, automations, templates, catalogs)
Document procedures and contribute to knowledge base articles for repeatable tasks
Assist with the ~2,000 laptop refresh over the next couple of years and new branch stand‑ups (HQ execution—no travel expected initially)

Required

1–3+ years in a hands‑on end‑user/desktop support or operations role in a Windows enterprise environment
Working knowledge of Active Directory (user/device objects, basic administration) and SCCM/MECM (software/patch deployments, collections, imaging concepts)
Experience handling tickets in ServiceNow (intake, triage, updates, closure)
Proven hardware troubleshooting skills (laptops/desktops/peripherals)
Strong organizational skills for warehouse/stockroom tasks (receiving, labeling, inventory, shipments)
Clear, professional communication and the ability to work onsite daily in Tukwila

Preferred

Exposure to Microsoft Intune and Azure AD device management (enrollment, policies, compliance basics)
ServiceNow workflow optimization (catalog items, automations) or scripting interest
Prior experience supporting multi-site environments (financial services or branch operations)
