Responsibilities
Lead a team in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a wide range of contributors such as developers, architects, and analysts
Work autonomously and dive into new areas of the product lifecycle, contributing tangible value across multiple phases
Work on a variety of projects at enterprise-level organizations
Participate in key decision-making and use skills, thought leadership, and passion to drive yourself and your team forward
Qualification
Required
5 - 10 years of experience working in a technical product management role, managing teams across one or more workstreams in an Agile environment
Experience working at a management consulting firm, supporting large enterprise accounts
Experience delivering AI and self-service data solutions
Experience implementing new modern architecture
Experience working with engineering teams
You have experience working with delivery teams in driving prioritization
You're obsessed with understanding customer needs and laser-focused on driving product requirements that align with them
You have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients
You have experience navigating and managing relationships in large client organizations
You can communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
You have proven expertise in industry SDLC best practices and delivery excellence
You're a pro at integrating usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
You can influence, persuade, and negotiate effectively
You have a passion for mentoring and developing consultants to fulfill their potential
Preferred
MCP experience is highly preferred
Experience within the Life Sciences industry or working with the FDA
SAFe Certified Product Owner or Product Manager
