Senior Sales Manager
International is hiring a Senior Sales Manager for Product Management and Commercial Fleet, based in the Atlanta metro area. This role drives growth across retail, wholesale, eCommerce, and national fleet channels while managing key product categories and requires strong negotiation skills and national account experience.
Responsibilities
Drive growth across retail, wholesale, eCommerce, and national fleet channels
Manage key product categories and the territories of Georgia and North Carolina
Blend strategic product planning with hands-on sales leadership
Develop business strategies that expand market share, strengthen dealer partnerships, and accelerate eCommerce performance
Align product plans with market needs
Lead sales processes, convert targeted dealer fleet accounts, and collaborate closely with product, parts, and service teams
Analyze market trends, manage key relationships, and report performance metrics through Salesforce
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with at least eight years of sales experience and one year in a leadership role
Master's degree with six years of sales experience and one year of leadership
Minimum of ten years of sales experience including at least one year of leadership
Strong negotiation skills
National account experience
Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Ability to travel up to 75%
