Responsibilities
Leading preparation and maintenance of financial models
Assisting with due diligence process
Assisting with deal structuring and execution
Assisting with preparation of investment committee materials
Preparing industry and thematic research
Monitoring and reporting on operational and financial performance of project and investment, including analysis of variances
Interfacing with portfolio companies, third party diligence providers, and other external partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or international equivalent, along with relevant work experience
Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in private equity, project finance, investment banking, development, and/or the power/energy/infrastructure sectors will be given priority
The candidate should possess strong finance and analytical abilities as well as strong financial modeling capabilities (in Excel) and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Preferred
Industry knowledge is strongly preferred
