Responsibilities
Own and enhance revenue, margin, and expense forecasting using KPI- and driver-based models
Partner with operational leaders to link financial outcomes to labor, volume, utilization, and other core drivers
Lead weekly and monthly performance reporting, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
Improve forecasting accuracy, reporting quality, and financial processes through automation and analytics
Prepare executive-ready materials and support performance reviews and decision-making
Deliver ad hoc scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic and operational initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
4-8 years of experience in FP&A or operations finance in a high-performance environment
Advanced Excel modeling skills; experience with KPI-driven forecasting and rolling forecasts
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
Preferred
Experience with BI tools or planning systems (e.g., Power BI, Anaplan, Adaptive, SQL)
